Cyprian Cassar is a Maltese electronic music producer, composer, and former member of the internationally acclaimed trance duo Tenishia. Known for his melodic, emotional, and cinematic approach to electronic music, Cyprian played a crucial role in shaping Tenishia’s sound and helping them achieve international success.
Early Life and Musical Beginnings
Born and raised in Malta, Cassar developed a passion for music production and composition at an early age. His love for electronic music grew as he explored trance, progressive house, and ambient music, drawing inspiration from artists like Armin van Buuren, Jean-Michel Jarre, and Hans Zimmer.
In the early 2000s, he connected with fellow Maltese musician Joven Grech, and together they founded Tenishia in 2005.
Success with Tenishia
As one-half of Tenishia, Cassar helped produce and compose some of the duo’s biggest hits, including:

In 2019, Cassar decided to leave Tenishia to pursue new musical endeavors. His departure marked the end of his tenure in the duo, leaving Joven Grech as the sole remaining member.
Since then, Cyprian has focused on music production, composing for film and media, and exploring new creative directions beyond the trance scene.
